The Roller Hearth Kiln (RHK) is a state-of-the-art continuous firing system that heat-treats raw materials loaded in saggers as they are transported across a continuous array of high-temperature ceramic rollers.

It achieves optimal synthesis of LFP battery cathode materials through precise temperature control up to 900°C and a high-purity nitrogen (N₂) atmosphere.

Featuring precise thermal control zones spanning 60m to 80m and a 6 Tray × 2 Layer loading configuration, the RHK ensures stable, high-yield mass production with uniform quality across adjustable firing cycles ranging from 17 to 35 hours.
