The Window Film Coater is equipment used for manufacturing films for automotive, interior, and architectural applications. After applying PSA coating to high-quality PET using either the micro gravure or slot die method, the film is dried in the first drying oven. It is then laminated with silicone release film, which is fed into the second stage. After that, UV hard coating is applied to the backside of the film, followed by second drying and UV curing, before being wound.

The PPF Film Coater is equipment used for producing protective films for automotive surface coatings. The first process involves removing the liner film from high-quality silicone release film, followed by PSA coating using either the micro gravure or slot die method. After drying in the first drying oven, it is laminated with TPU film fed into the second stage and then wound. The second process involves applying Self Healing Coating on the TPU surface of the material from the first process using either the micro gravure or slot die method, followed by drying in the second drying oven. Finally, it is laminated with the protective film fed into the second stage and wound.
